At Ilaaha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes, you may need to cancel your order or request a refund. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights.
Cancellation Policy
For Orders Not Shipped Yet:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
For Orders Already Shipped:
If the order has been shipped, you may still cancel the order, but shipping charges will not be refunded, and a 10% cancellation fee will be applied.
Custom Orders/Personalized Products:
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be canceled once the manufacturing process has started.

For Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team at help@ilaaha.com within 7 (consecutive) days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or a replacement based on your preference. Make sure to help us with a clear unboxing video.
For Returns (size-related issues):
Returns are accepted within 7 (consecutive) days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Your preferred size shall be delivered to you with a proper timeline. If your preferred size is not available (out of stock) with us, a complete refund will be initiated.
For Refund (size-related issues):
Returns are accepted within 7 (consecutive) days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. A restocking fee of 5% may apply for returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (once initiated from our end), depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the product was damaged upon arrival.
