Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 7 (consecutive) days of delivery for eligible products. Custom or bulk orders ‘may not be’ eligible for returns.
- Products should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Sale items and customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return?

- Our team will review your request and share return shipping details.
- Ship the product back to us in its original condition.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong product.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for size or defective items only.
- If the desired size is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or a refund.
